Submit Your Session Topic. Taleo World 2010 sessions fall into one of the following topics, listed below, and focus on a single talent view. Choose your topic and submit a proposed session:
Session Topics
- Strategic. Case studies and executive overviews that focus on the strategic use of talent management, including global implementations, best practices, ROI analysis, outsourcing, leadership development, goal alignment and planning, succession planning, and the power of the Taleo Talent Grid. These sessions are recommended for Director and VP level titles.
- Talent Acquisition/Recruiting. Case studies that focus on overall best practices of recruiting and talent acquisition, including content on job boards, sourcing, screening, assessment, and onboarding.
- Technical & Administrative. Case studies that cover Taleo EnterpriseTM implementation, integration, technical overviews, product deep dives, and tips & tricks.
- Performance Management & Compensation. Presentations, demonstrations, and case studies highlighting Taleo PerformanceTM including succession management, development planning, and compensation management. The session content should focus on business case development and early success.
- Social Networking. Case studies that focus on the innovative use of social networking or the implementation of new social networking techniques or practices to recruit top candidates to an organization.
- Integrated Talent Management. Presentations that focus on how implementing integrated talent management with recruiting, performance management, succession management, development planning, workforce planning and compensation added to your bottom line and made HR/Recruiting a strategic partner.
- Analytics/Talent Intelligence. Case studies and presentations that show how
the strategic use of Taleo analytics answered a critical organizational or staffing question that enabled your organization to make a successful strategic business direction.
- Industry Case Studies. Case studies and presentations that focus on
case studies that are specific to how Taleo products work in the highly specialized worlds of Retail, Hourly, Healthcare, or Federal Government.
- Taleo Business EditionTM Case studies and presentations for small and midsize businesses with insights into recent trends, new capabilities, product innovations, deployment, sourcing, assessments, screening, scheduling, performance management, and much more.
Fine Print
Submissions must include a proposed title, description of the presentation, and short biography of the speaker. Individuals may submit more than one paper for consideration by the Taleo World team. Papers must be submitted by Monday, March 22 for consideration. Papers will be selected on the perceived value of the subject to the attendees of Taleo World 2010. We are also looking for presentations that best fit into the topic categories. Speakers must be qualified to deliver the proposed presentation and sessions must be free of commercial promotions. Speakers will be notified via email by April 30 of their status. If selected, the primary speaker will be given a complimentary pass to Taleo World 2010.
