Conference Fee?

Full conference fee includes all official sessions, meals and party functions during the conference.
All fees in U.S. Dollars.
Full conference prices apply to all Taleo Enterprise and Vurv customers and partners.

What is the Taleo World 2010 official room rate at the Hilton Chicago? This rate also applies to three days pre or three days post the official conference dates?

The Taleo World 2010 rate at the Chicago Hilton is $245.00 a night for single or double occupancy plus current applicable state and local taxes of 15.4%. The room rate is not covered under the conference registration fee. Please do not call the Hilton Chicago to book your sleeping room; please only book your sleeping room online to receive this special rate. Please note that if the Hilton Chicago is offering a special promotional rate Taleo World will honor it under the room block.

What is included with the Guest Pass? Can my guest attend sessions?

The guest pass only allows access to the special events such as the opening reception and Tuesday evening customer appreciation party. The pass does not allow access to the sessions or daily meal functions.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?

To make changes to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly. Contact the Taleo Registration Team at:

How do I reserve my extension nights?

We can honor the Taleo rate of $245.00 a night plus tax three days before and three days after the conference. You can request the additional nights when registering. Your main nights and extension nights can only be guaranteed with a valid credit card number.

Can I pay for my extension nights in advance?

The hotel fees need to be paid when you check out of the hotel upon completion of the conference.

Payment Options and Cancellation Information

Can I register for the conference and have an invoice sent to me?

Yes, within the registration process, in the payments section, there is an invoice selection option. Once registration is completed, you may then log in to view your submitted registration information or print an invoice and/or receipt.

What are the acceptable methods of payment for Taleo World 2010?

Acceptable forms of payment for Taleo World 2010 are:
-Credit Card (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard)
-Check – Due within 15 days of Taleo World registration.
-Bank Transfer
-Money Order
-Purchase Order (Payments must be received within 30 days of registration submission).

Please include your name or a copy of your registration information with your check payment. Please Note: Check payments are due 15 business days following submission of your registration. If we do not receive the check within the proper timeframe, your registration may be cancelled.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We do accept purchase orders for your registration fees; however, payment must be received within 30 days of submission of your registration. If you would like an invoice, receipt or W-9 completed, you may request one from the Taleo World registration team or send an email to:

When will my payment be processed?

If you choose Credit Card, your registration fee will be processed immediately. If you choose any other option, please note that you have 15 business days to submit your payment prior to forfeiting your registration. For check/money order/bank transfer payments are due within 15 business days of registration. If we have not received your payment within the 15 business days your registration may be cancelled.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to honor cancellations and transfers, requests must be sent in writing and be received by the Taleo World 2010 Registration Team prior to August 2, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), when the cancellation window officially closes. These terms apply to all Taleo World 2010 attendees. No registration fees will be refunded after August 2, 2010.

All cancellations received will be assessed a $500.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing by fax to +1.415.499.7979 or by sending an e-mail to taleoworld2010@taleoworld.com.
