EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION 2010: $1295.00
February 1 - June 30, 2010: $245.00 (Hilton Chicago sleeping room rate is separate).


MAIN REGISTRATION 2010: $1,395
July 1 -September 10, 2010 ($245.00 Hilton Chicago sleeping room rate is separate).


ONSITE REGISTRATION 2010: $1,495 ($245.00 Hilton Chicago sleeping room rate is separate).

*It should be noted that the conference fee includes access to all sessions and all official conference meal functions including the Opening Evening Reception in the Grand Ballroom on Monday, September 13 and the Customer Appreciation Party on Tuesday, September 14.

PLEASE NOTE: THE GUEST ROOM RATE IS SEPARATE FROM THE REGISTRATION FEE. A SPECIAL $245.00 GUEST ROOM RATE HAS BEEN NEGOTIATED AT THE HILTON CHICAGO. THE TOTAL ROOM RATE INCLUSIVE OF APPLICABLE STATE TAXES of 15.4% IS $282.73. Please do not call the Hilton Chicago to book your hotel.
